SUPERVISION FOR QUALIFIED
AND TRAINEE COUNSELLORS

I have been practicing as a Counsellor since 2006 and qualified as a Supervisor in 2020. I provide supervision to both qualified and trainee  Counsellors who work with an integrative humanistic approach, offering a supportive mentoring style that enables you to fulfill your potential with your clients. For trainees, this will mean advancing through Kram’s Four Stages (Initiation, Cultivation, Separation, Redefinition) until we achieve a new relationship which puts us on an equal footing. At that point, the relationship has the potential to enhance both your professional development and my own, for we are all always learning!

I can offer one-to-one supervision or work with small groups of two to three trainees who have a pre-existing familiarity with each other, which might be more cost-effective. Additionally, supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors can be carried out online using a variety of video conferencing platforms.

I welcome initial telephone or email enquiries to explore whether we would have sufficient compatibility to work effectively together.
