I offer a warm, confidential space for you to explore issues that may be making life more of a struggle than it needs to be. Painful memories or experiences, stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties etc. can be discussed and eased... or you may simply wish to explore your feelings about yourself in a reflective and non-critical way.
I believe that therapy is for everyone, not just those that “need help” — through self-exploration with a trained counsellor you can find new levels of self-acceptance and “peace within your own skin”.
Talking Therapy can help you make more sense of your life, overcome a temporary difficulty, or find a new direction if you feel you're in a rut. By identifying areas of your life that are causing distress or confusion, we can work together to overcome blocks, discover options and come to terms with lingering issues.
